MAKE UP
Victoria has been a make up artist for over 17 years & was a senior trainer for an American company for 8 years. She is also Director of Education for the prestigious Make My Day Academy in Stansted which specialises in Bridal Make Up courses.

Products used have been chosen by Victoria for their flawless finish & long lasting properties. YSL, Lancome, MAC & Chanel amongst others are used & Victoria is very proud to offer BARE ESCENTUALS the mineral make up. Very light on the skin but giving a perfect cover. Victoria ia also a MAC PRO make up artist.

Bridal Make Up
Brides receive a full consultation & trial 6-8 weeks before the wedding day which allows us time to discuss your ideas & preferences & then your make up will be re created on the day at the bride’s home or venue. Trials take place at my Chelmsford studio & need to be during daylight hours as it is not always possible to determine correct shades in artificial light. Saturdays do get very booked with weddings so most trials will need to be on a weekday/early evening.
Prices for 2009 Weddings
Total cost for this service is £85
£25 is payable at time of booking to secure your date.
£25 is payable at the trial & consultation.
The final £35 is payable on the wedding day.
2010 price £90
2011 price £95
Bridal Party, to include bridesmaids, mother of the bride etc.
£30 for make up on the day only.
If a trial is required, this will be an additional £25 per person.
Make up on bridesmaids etc under 14 is charged at £15 each.
Please note: prices are calculated for me to come to your wedding venue or home within a set distance from Chelmsford. I am happy to travel further but may need to charge extra to cover travel expenses.
Your make up will be fresh & perfect for many hours, however it is highly advisable to purchase a retail sized lipstick from Victoria to re apply after your ceremony & your wedding breakfast.
Stress relieving neck & shoulder massage on the day of your wedding £10. You will remain seated & the massage will not interfere with hair if it is off your neck. No oils are used so no staining of your dress.
Special Occasion Make Up
Do you have a Ball, Prom, Ascot or special party to attend? Let Victoria create your perfect make up. Prices are make up applied at Gorgeous. If you would prefer Victoria to travel to you there will be an additional charge.
Make up applied on the day only is £30
If a trial is required, this is £25.
Make Up Lessons
During my 17 years as a make up artist, I have had so many women say they would love to wear make up or change what they do or simply learn what colours to use but wouldn't know where to start.
Bringing together my many years experience as a working artist, 10 years experience as a make up educator & the brilliance of MAC make up, Gorgeous is proud to offer make up workshops.
A 90 minute session includes everything you need to know to create your perfect make up look, including:
Preparation of the skin
Which colours to choose to suit your skin tone
How to apply each product
How to make your make up last
Changing your make up from daytime to evening
Plus lots of tips & techniques. All using MAC Cosmetics along with other prestige products.
Products you use are available to purchase direct from Gorgeous
MAC Workshops are available individually or as a group of up to 6 friends, ideal for gathering a few of the girls together & having some fun playing make up!
Prices are as follows:
One Person £50
2-3 people £45 each
4-6 people £40 each
Are you having professional photographs taken? Whether for a professional portfolio or a family portrait, perfectly applied make up will make the most of your features & ensure your skin is flawless. Make up can be natural or dramatic, your choice. £40 per hour

Bookings for make up are often taken far in advance. Brides are currently booking dates up to 2 years in advance. Victoria regularly receives calls from brides to be who were referred by brides Victoria has created make up for years ago. The fact that they thought to recommend Victoria is testament to her abilities.
