Booking Your Bridal Make Up

I take bookings up to 2 years in advance of a wedding date & do get very booked up. It is advisable to schedule your wedding with me as far in advance as possible. If your wedding date is very soon, please do still contact me as I may have availability, particularly for weekdays, sundays & winter weddings.

To secure your date, a deposit of £25 is all that is required. Deposits are non refundable if the date is cancelled.  £25 is then payable at your trial & the final £30 payable on your wedding day. Many brides prefer to settle their account at their trial, thus meaning they do not have to worry about payment on their special day. I can take cash or cheques if paying 7 or more days before the wedding, if paying any closer than 7 days or on the day itself, cash only.

If booking make up for bridesmaids, mothers etc, the booking form is taken as confirmation of the booking & my diary will be booked out accordingly. If for any reason bridesmaids etc decide not to have make up, a cancellation fee of £10 per person cancelling is payable at the time of cancellation. Apologies for this but on a few occasions bridesmaids etc have cancelled make up close to the wedding. It is too late to re book my diary for other weddings as most brides book me 6-12 months in advance. The cancellation fee is to cover loss of earnings.

Retail sizes of products are available to purchase. I always suggest each member of the bridal party has a lipstick/gloss in the colour I have used so they can re touch their make up.  

HOW TO BOOK

1. E mail or call to check availability of your wedding date. I will  need to know : date & time of your wedding, how many people require make up & the location/area I will be going to on your special day. I will advise availability & any additional costs for travel etc. If I am available on your wedding day, I will pencil in your date & e mail you a booking form.

2. Your date will be held for 7 days for you, your deposit must be paid within those 7 days to confirm it. You may pay the £25 deposit via cheque or alternatively if you wish to pay via debit or visa card, please use the paypal service. PLEASE NOTE, if using paypal an extra £1 is added to cover admin costs. Please return your booking form via e mail or post within 7 days too. As soon as your payment of £25 is received, your wedding date is confirmed & therefore will not be available to anyone else. Should you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible so that I may offer your date to another bride. Deposts are non refundable should your booking be cancelled.

3. Please contact me 3 months before your wedding date to arrange your trial & consultation. Trials should be held during daylight, most Saturdays I am very booked with weddings so weekdays will offer you more appointment options. I do however keep 2 Saturday afternoons monthly specifically for trials. If you are booking a package please contact me as soon as possible to schedule your treatments.
