Gorgeous Beauty Salon & Make Up Studio is located on Chancellor Park in Chelmsford.

A self contained beauty salon attached to a private residence with the added benefits of bathroom & shower & sitting area.

Clients can relax in peaceful surroundings with free parking immediately outside.  Simply pull up right outside the door & leave your cares behind.

• With 17 years experience, you are in very safe hands with Vicky. Originally training as a Beauty Therapist & graduating with the highest honours, Vicky went on to complete post graduate training in many treatments & procedures aswell as training as a MAC Pro make up artist. Vicky was also a  senior trainer for an American skin care & cosmetics company for 8 years. Today, alongside GORGEOUS, Victoria is Director of Education & senior tutor at the renowned Make My Day Make Up Academy based in Stansted.

• Although a "one woman" business, the treatments offered at Gorgeous are extensive, encompassing the many years Vicky has continued training with new treatments & products. You can be assured of advanced, relaxing but effective treatments.

• Being the sole therapist guarantees clients continuity of care. At each appointment, treatments can be modified to your particular needs at that time. I feel it is important to be honest with clients even if that means advising against particular treatments. I would rather a client leave feeling they can trust me than just carry out an unneccesary treatment.

• I believe certain treatments are specialised & therefore should be  carried out regularly with continued training to ensure a therapist is far beyond just competent. I have always had an aptitude for massage & facials in particular & have often been told by clients that I have "healing hands". I also carry out an enormous amount of eyelash extension & make up treatments

 

• The convenience of working from Gorgeous is that parking is never a problem & ensures my clients optimum privacy, straight from salon to car. It also affords me the luxury of being able to stay open for 2 evenings until 10pm.

• Payment at Gorgeous can be by cash or cheque. At present we do not have credit card facilities but this will hopefully be coming soon. For clients wishing to use a credit card, treatments can be pre paid via paypal but we do charge a small admin fee to cover the costs involved. For this means of payment please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your treatment time.

• I pride myself on always putting my client first. I endeavour to deliver a first class treatment using only the finest products, whilst always being aware of helping my client to relax & drift off during her treatment. All of my treatments have been selected due to their effectiveness. I like to treat the whole person, using excellent products on her skin whilst relaxing her mind, body & spirit. A client newsletter is produced monthly keeping you up to date with the latest treatments & products & advice.

• Products used in facials are Susan Molyneux. Famed for their incredible results, divine facials & heavenly aromas from plant extracts & aromatherapy oils. Sienna X tanning. Lash Perfect eyelash Extensions. MAC Make up.

• Vicky is also the beauty writer for 2 magazines& the beauty expert on an industry website.

• Vicky is available for speaking engagements & offers make up artistry courses through the academy she runs with her business partner. She offers workshops to schools covering make up, self esteem & team work & the very popular "finishing school".
